Welcome to AGBU Germany’s Career & Education (C&E) Department. The promotion of both professional and educational growth is deeply ingrained in the DNA of AGBU, spanning its institutions and scholarships. This emphasizes the pivotal significance of the C&E Department within our Chapter in Germany. C&E operates with a dedicated focus on the goals established by the global AGBU in the field of education, aiming to empower individuals, foster community growth, and contribute to the broader advancement of Armenians and friends of Armenians worldwide.
Our Mission
- Promoting Educational Excellence: C&E is dedicated to promoting excellence in education by providing a platform that supports high-quality learning experiences. Through expert talks, internship opportunities, and collaboration with global institutions, we strive to elevate educational standards.
- Preserving Armenian Identity: Recognizing the importance of preserving and promoting Armenian identity through education, C&E actively supports initiatives that teach Armenian language, history, and culture, ensuring the transmission of heritage to future generations.
- Expanding Access to Education and Fostering Global Connectivity: C&E is committed to increasing access to education, particularly for those facing socio-economic challenges. By providing valuable resources and opportunities, we aim to make education more accessible to a broader segment of the Armenian population. Understanding the significance of a global perspective in education, C&E encourages international collaboration, exchange programs, and partnerships with educational institutions worldwide to broaden the horizons of Armenian students and professionals.
- Empowering Youth and Professionals and Cultivating Leadership Skills: C&E aims to empower Armenian youth and professionals through educational opportunities that go beyond traditional classroom settings. Our initiatives, including mentorship programs and skill-building opportunities, are designed to equip individuals for success in their chosen fields. Our programs also provide platforms for leadership development, mentorship, and networking to empower individuals to become leaders in their respective fields.
- Promoting Educational Infrastructure and Innovation: C&E actively contributes to the enhancement of educational infrastructure by investing in the development and improvement of schools, libraries, and other educational facilities.
