Dr. Michael Kummermehr is a dual-qualified German and English lawyer and a Founding Partner of Berlin-based HYAZINTH, an award-winning law firm focused on advising tech startups and established companies.

In a legal career spanning more than 20 years, he served as a Legal Counsel for Yahoo in London and as a Counsel at the international law firm WilmerHale in Washington. At HYAZINTH, he has organized numerous startup talks for companies from the Israeli technology sector.

A long-time admirer of Armenia’s affinity for technological novelty and the strong innovative spirit of Armenian companies and educational institutions, Dr. Kummermehr is eager to work with Armenian innovators in similar ways as a member of the AGBU Germany e.V. Advisory Board. For Dr. Kummermehr, the first German location of the Armenian TUMO Center for Creative Technologies in Berlin is an important milestone for the cooperation with Armenian start-ups and the exchange of knowledge between the two peoples.
